1. What are your methods of payment? Check, money order, and paypal. We prefer paypal.
2. How do you do the paypal? We email you a paypal statement with your amount and you pay it. First, we email you a payment for deposit. When the song is finished and you are satisfied, we email you the balance plus shipping.
3. Can I purchase a song and have it sent directly to that person? Yes.
4. How long is your turn around time on a song? We can do a Main Squeeze song and get it out within two weeks. Times for other packages will vary.
5. Will you do RUSH delivery? Absolutely! Just add it to your cost.
6. What is included with the song? We give you the CD plus the lyrics. The lyrics can be written on the inside of the CD package (like on a typical CD), or they can be in print form ready for framing.
7. How will I know the song is completed to my satisfaction before making my final payment? Song Squeeze will contact you and play the song for you. Only after you are completely satisfied will you make the final payment. When that payment is received, we will ship the song to you, complete with lyrics and a photo on the CD, if you wish.
8. What types of instruments can I expect to be used on my song? Each song is different, so it really depends on the mood of the song. But on most songs, you can expect at least two guitars, a bass guitar, drums and two voices. Additional voices, keyboards, harmonica, percussion, and mandolin may also be used, depending on the song.
