Brett Favre is Making Us Laugh and Want to Sing!
"Un-retiring: The Brett Favre Song"Brett Favre cracks us up. As Chicago Bear fans , of course we can't stand him. We can't, however, stand Rex Grossman, either. Would we want Favre on our team? No Way! Sure he had some really good years, but we all tired of his retiring/unretiring years ago. This soap opera dilemna caused by him makes us feel for Aaron Rodgers. The guy has waited his turn, Favre said he wasn't coming back, and it is Rodger's time.
Favre now says he was forced into retirement. If you saw the retirement speech, there is no way you can believe that. We also are tired of hearing on Monday Night Football that, "This may be Farve's last game on Monday Nights." John Madden and his man-crush on Favre have made us all sick to our stomachs for many years. This whole Brett Favre Controversy has inspired me to write a song. We thought we would have a little fun with this soap opera and write a customized song. It goes to the Tom Petty tune, "Runnin' Down a Dream.".
